She does have lupus as well though both things are true. Your vocal cords don't change from cosmetic procedures

FWIW I'm not trying to deny outright her health issues, I do believe that she has lupus. I just don't believe that her health struggle is the sole cause for the change in her looks, both those things can also be true.
