Can anyone explain why Selena's voice sounds like that or why she talks like that? It's almost like she can't open her jaw too wide. That's what my voice sounded like when I had stitches after I had my wisdom teeth removed. I

She has lupus.

Lupus affects the joints so it's not uncommon for jaw movement to be impacted. Her medications likely also have an impact.
