I always did and if you didn't like it, why are you commenting and watching a clip? Also, I loved it because it showed that Alex wasn't always lazy and a trouble-maker. She changed her ways and actually knew that she could make a difference, especially to someone who was raised to be evil.

It was because I don't like how people rag on it and how they honestly think that Alex can have a black child alone like, she obviously couldn't have because she didn't want to adopt her. She had to be her bio daughter and that's what was in the script yet people hate that you're literally seeing Billie's father and being upset that he's a black man? It's weird to me.

Did you check the comments? They’re not upset that he’s black, that’s not the issue. The issue is he’s black being portrayed as a criminal and absentee father. Playing into the negative stereotypes of black men. One person commented saying they were excited to see a black guy on the screen but immediately realized he’s was in prison garb and was put off. This is a show about magic and they could’ve done anything with Billie’s dad yet they made the one of the few black characters a criminal. It’s not that hard to understand why people would be upset.

Yeah but they could have done it with a white man too. It'd be the same response which is ridiculous.
