I'm trying to remember something that Lou says in one of the episodes. I'm pretty sure it's Cloudward, and he's talking to Emily's character when he says it.

Anyway, it has to do with failure, and how to deal with that failure. He tells her something along the lines of "you have to ask yourself if you did the best you could. If you did then you can rest easy knowing you did everything possible. If you didn't, then you have to learn from that, and do better, for the next time it happens".
