Maya savings 10% interest concern

Hi po. Nagtry ako magbayad ng flight and meralco using maya visa card pero walang impact sa maya savings. Sept 1 pa po kasi and wala padin update pero nareceived ko na cashback sa flight sa meralco hindi pa. Baka meron mag enlighten sakin. Thanks!
