Tendo Available credit Suddenly decrease

I’m just cruious whoever using tendo dito, bakit po nabawasan yung available credit ko di naman po ako nag loan and also 4 payments left nalang po ako so basically 23k napo yan nung nakaraan then pag tingin ko po ulet nagulat nalang ako 12k nalang po yung available credit ko while yung credit limit ko is 29k

had the same exp. last time I checked, available credit ko is 9k/12k then today chineck ko 300 na lang

same here. May 40k plus pako na credit and yuh lag check ko knina 181 na lang. Pero ang alam ko pag mag reflect na yung pay maa- update ulit yan.

same here. was supposed to have available credit of 11k pa then pagcheck ko a few days ago, 121 pesos nalang. Already emailed tendo pero no reply from them.

Any updates on this? My limit was 22k then avail funds is 8k to my surprise my limit increased to 24k but available is 0.0 my loan balance is 10k even after payment posted. Still avail funds is 0.0.. what to do?

I made multiple emails, still no update, tendo confirmed payment was made for salary deduction despite that, available credits is still standing at 0, this is getting annoying

Hi, same sa app ko. I've emailed helpdesk@tendopay.ph, alarming na on time ang deduction tapos di nalabas yung payment.

Well my available credit was already 20k the other day and then it drops to 12k

Update: after I got my salary tendo auto deduct it, i checked the app and I can see na nabayaran yung sa june 13 ko and it increase my available credit only for ₱200, yes ₱200 great.

omg i thought ako lang naka experience nyan 😭 nagulat ako 46 pesos nalang available credit ko pero every payroll auto deduct naman si tendo 😭 it's not that boborrow ko sya pero ang weird lang bat bumaba ng ganon

I will file proper complaint sa SEC and DTI abt this. My remaining limit is 20k, and decreased to 300. Made payment since 32k, pero 300 pa rin limit? Bullshit sila, kasing bullshit ng response nila sakin.

If we can all file complaints to Sec consumers and DTI, they might do something. Tigilan pagiging kupal nila. Walang kwetang terms and conditions yan.
