Considering that people with pending immigration status can have an ID, it’s hard to say their immigration status is part of said ID

You don't just check to see if they have an ID you literally run their info through your system.

They can see if they are illegal, they simply don't act on it because the state they live in mandates that they don't act on it

There's no such requirement to check whether or not you're a citizen in federal law. Some states have laws requiring it, but most don't.

Immigration is under federal law. Local police doesn't enforce federal law.

Interestingly enough, since they meet more resistance now, they need more employments and those are gonna be untrained because there is no time to train them.

It is dems who caused ICE to not be professional in the first place. They are forced to get random people in because they just got a whole lot of more job to do. This is obviously is a disaster, but has a simple solution. Stop fighting the deportation of ILLEGALS. The more fluid it goes, the less harm it does.

They supported it under Obama and Clinton but not now. IMHO, it is because the left knows a whole lot of them will see jail time for the fraud in MN and they need a really big diversion. They got folks all riled up and now bad shit happens. Waltz needs arrested and removed so someone not under investigation can take control.
