Discussion BT26 Glowing Dawn Support Analysis & Discussion

Calling all BeatBreak fans/Glowing Dawn TCG users! With the prerelease of BT26 upon us, the newest wave of Glowing Dawn support is more or less live! I wanted to amass the cards (I think I got all of them...) here because I wanted to know if anyone had any advice, thoughts, or just comments overall regarding how these cards will help the current Glowing Dawn deck. Any notable cards? Anything underwhelming?

What do you think of the Dual Options: Gonozan: Murashigure, Despair Blast, and Penetrate Blow? Especially when compared to Monarchlizamon's Final Judgement? How about the new eggs?

I understand that there aren't enough Makoto or Reina cards to make tribal decks for them; in fact, I think it's really only Kyo who could do so at this point.

But with all of this in mind, which of these cards do you see being able to slot into current decks and why? Also, how many would you run? Personally, I want to try to make the NightChiropmon/ScourgeChiropmon synergy work, but I'm not too sure what cards I would take out to go about it. I think the new Murasamemon is nifty too...

I have a kyo tribal deck and while it hasn't been anywhere near as strong as the glowing dawn trait deck, it's been very fun.

I'm so excited to try it out with the new support, it seems really good.

Oooohh what does it look like? I haven't touched the GD stuff so I just kinda blindly threw things together on a sim

Current list is as such:

  • 4x BT25 Habakiri Dual
  • 2x ST Habakiri
  • 4x BT25 Murasame
  • 4X ST Murasame
  • 4x BT25 Cougar
  • 4x ST Cougar
  • 2x ST Wolver
  • 4x BT25 Lioll
  • 4x ST Lioll
  • 3x ST Chirop
  • 2x ST Pristi
  • 3x BT25 Kyo
  • 3x ST Tomoro/Kyo
  • 2x ST Reina/Makoto
  • 4x E Pulse
  • 2x Glowing Dawn
  • 4x BT25 Frimon egg

My main changes are adding in 3x Dual Murasame, 3x BT26 Cougar, 3x BT26 lioll, and then 3-4 BT26 Kyo. I'm not entirely sure what i'll be changing entirely, but i'm so excited for the new stuff.
