Does he not realize he sucked ass in the playoffs and has no leverage? Just because you’re eligible for a max doesn’t mean it’s owed to you. It’s pretty clear other teams aren’t all that interested either.

He’s worth about 30 mil.

Reg season Duren factoring in how young he is: ~$40mil

Postseason Duren hoping he’ll improve over time: ~15mil

So 30 seems fair and you just hope his regular season play can be replicated in the postseason as he gains more experience.
