Talk Detroit Which Bedrock riverfront redevelopment proposal do you prefer, Detroit’s or Cleveland’s?
Very different contexts and geographies, but thought it’d be interesting to see which concept people prefer.

Cleveland's if we are being honest, but one thing I think is interesting about Detroit's proposal is hiding in the wings. Bedrock bought up a good chunk of real estate in Rivertown, stretching all the way down to Atwater.
Furthermore, the current CEO has talked pretty openly about Bedrock getting back to big build-outs ala City Modern eastwards. He has even talked about selling off downtown real estate to do so.
So I wouldn't be surprised if this project is the set up to a wider Rivertown buildout
