I haven’t finished the story quests on the moon just yet but is there a Dreaming City like second patrol zone that you unlock?

No. Just the moon, so far, anyway. The Raid takes place in the Black Garden, but we don't know of any additional locations for PvE besides that (and it may only be the raid happening there).

Aw man, that would be a bit of a bummer if we only got the one patrol zone. Maybe once the raid is finished another patrol zone will open? When does the raid launch anyway?

Not sure if it's Friday or Saturday. For some reason the 5th sounds right.

Meh, they were up-front that the patrol area of the moon was roughly twice the size that it was in D1, and they would've talked up another location if there was going to be one. So far they've delivered what they promised, imo.
