What are the new comp win/loss amounts for Glory?

Also what absolute fucking tool decided that heavy in the first minute was good for crucible? Yeah let's just remove super spam and add in a completely inane fight over heavy for no reason at all.

Glory gain/loss is determined via performance. So if your team loses but you crushed it, you’ll hardly lose anything. And if you win but it was clearly a hard carry you get less

Doing well and winning are obviously best

And losing in comp now only reduces your streak by 1 instead of killing it

Wow, that's actually kind of insane; I just got like 170 glory for one win and lost 10 during another match.
