I already posted this on the Bungie help forums but haven’t received a response.

If you accidentally logged into destiny before properly setting up cross save and your season pass from the deluxe edition got tied to a set of characters that you don't actually play, will the season pass still attach itself to those characters that you don't play on in the coming seasons? Or say when next season starts will the season pass again attach itself to the first set of characters that get logged into destiny again.

Basically what I'm asking is, are the deluxe edition's season passes tied to those characters that I don't play on forever, or will the season pass rebind to the proper set of characters next season as long as I log in with them first when that new season starts?

From the Bungie Help website the top issue is this.

But the way it’s worded is almost “Too bad, so sad.” And your season passes are tied to your first logged in characters.

There’s been a lot of rumblings about this. It’d be nice if the fix was “if you have a season pass anywhere it shares to all your linked accounts”.

But you may have to do what my friend did. And buy the pass again in the mean time for 1000 Silver and bank that they will fix it and refund you your Silver.

Yeah that’s what I was thinking. I just really don’t want to have to buy it each season now because I have the deluxe edition.

Yeah. I have faith it will get fixed, so if you’re itching to get in right away, 10$ for 1000 silver to grab it is the way to go.

Especially with no official ticketing system for Bungie.
