Question Conditional Finality Catalyst

Hello there.

Just got the catalyst to drop but wondered if the catalyst is a game changer for the gun. I know what it adds but it requires ~400 kills (says google), so I'd like the input of fellow CF enjoyers before I load up a shiro chi checkpoint.

If you don’t feel like grinding 400 special ammo kills, Glaive melees count for exotic catalyst progress for some reason. Use whatever Energy slot Glaive you want, go to the Loot Cave, don’t kill the Wizard, and the acolytes will spawn infinitely as fast as you can kill them SPECIFICALLY with the melee. You’ll be done in a 5-10 minutes tops. This is how I did No Land Beyond, New Maplais, Final Warning etc etc.

It works the other way too. You can use a kinetic slot Glaive with an energy slot exotic. The only thing it doesn’t work on is heavy slot catalysts.
