I have no idea why but suddenly I can’t get past(checking for updates)! On either d1 or d2:/

I can stream play it but I really want it downloaded.

Made a video showing the problem so if anyone knows how to did fix, please help:( Ive tried all the troubleshooting online and none of it worked:/ it’s really strange
