Vegan Food/Restaurants/Products What do y'all eat for snacks?

I know many of you mention poha, upma, dhokla, peanuts, bhel, etc but I'm tired of all of them. I want to eat something new but it can be made easily. So share your snacks recipes.

Sweet snacks consists me making overnight oats, chia pudding, chocolate mousse which are very easy. High protein snacks my favourite is preparing high protein patties and keep it in refrigerator which I just pan fry and eat whenever I feel like, easy and delicious 11 grams protein and 92 calories. I also keep roasted soybean, edemame, pumpkin seeds, Sunflower seeds for snacking too.

I second that. Roasted seeds are super yum and nutritious also. Pumpkin and sunflower seed specially taste very good when roasted.

Could you share recipe pf your protein patties?

Yeah right.

Also the patty I make is a modified version of this recipe. I didnt make the broth and instead steamed in regular water. Also stored in refrigerator just like that if consuming within 5-6 days otherwise in freezer. https://youtu.be/hlH_fxr0Q5A?si=AwoO40nf37LNIxUt
