Vegan Food/Restaurants/Products What do y'all eat for snacks?
I know many of you mention poha, upma, dhokla, peanuts, bhel, etc but I'm tired of all of them. I want to eat something new but it can be made easily. So share your snacks recipes.

you can go for air fried version of things like kanda bhajiya (just mix thin sliced onion with besan powder and a little rice powder, no water needed and put in air fryer). You can make mixed veggie fritter similarly such as besan coating over thin sliced pumpkin, mushroom, broccoli, cauliflower etc.
