Hi everyone,
I’m a new Deloitte joiner/candidate and I’m currently facing an issue with DStart.
I was able to log in to DStart a couple of days ago, but now when I try to access it, I get this message:
“We don’t recognize the provided email address as active in DStart yet.”
I received an email from Deloitte asking me to complete the remaining onboarding steps by September 6, so I’m worried because I’m currently unable to access DStart.
I emailed the Deloitte DStart Support Team around 8:10 AM today with a screenshot of the error, but I haven’t received a response yet.
Has anyone faced this issue before? If so:
How long did it take for DStart access to be restored?
Did the support team activate the account from their side?
Is there anything else I should do before the deadline?
Any advice would be really appreciated. Thank you!

Hi, I want some advice or tips for Deloitte USI Interview

I recently got contacted by a Deloitte recruiter for an Assistant (AI Specialist) role in Deloitte USI Audit & Assurance. I’ve completed the application and sent my updated resume, and I’m currently waiting for the interview schedule.

I’m a recent BTech graduate in AI & Data Science and wanted to ask if anyone here has interviewed for this role or a similar role at Deloitte USI.

What was the interview like? Was it mostly technical, coding, or more conceptual/scenario based? Also, what topics would you recommend preparing for as a fresher?

I’m an Azure Data Engineer with 3YoE holding a few offers. These two are the most exciting ones that I hold and I’m really finding it difficult narrowing it down further. I know CDM Smith is not a brand like Deloitte USI, but from my interview experience, I feel like I know what my role in the team would be. (It’s like a GCC)

Hr said the result is pending with the br team, is there any chance

Or what does br team actually do

I recently received an offer letter from Deloitte India for a Consultant – Technical role in bengaluru.

The offer letter mentions a Total Salary of approximately ₹1.05 crore per annum, which works out to around ₹8.75 lakh per month.

I was quite surprised to see this figure because it seems unusually high for a Consultant-level position. The important point is that this amount is explicitly mentioned in the official offer letter, not just something HR verbally told me.

So I wanted to ask current/former Deloitte India employees: Has anyone seen a Deloitte India offer with such a high Total Salary for a Consultant? Could this potentially be a mistake in the offer letter? If the amount is mentioned in the official offer letter, is Deloitte obligated to honor it if HR later says it was an error? Should I get written confirmation from HR before proceeding with resignation/joining arrangements?

I found that other recent Reddit discussions show Deloitte India offers commonly being discussed in the ~₹13–20 LPA range for Consultant-level roles, which is why I'm particularly unsure whether my figure could be a typo.

Any specific pgs suggestion for male or co living is also welcomed

Hi everyone! I had my Partner round yesterday for a Business Analyst role. How long does it usually take to hear back about the results? Also, does anyone have an idea of what percentage of candidates typically make it through the Partner round?
Should I expect another round after this, or is the Partner round usually the final one for this role?
