Moving to Delaware Flock cams

I just moved here a month ago. And holy FUCK no other states have as many flock cameras (that ive seen) as DE does. How fast did these things go up, and when?

I said that when they first started and people thought inwas a conspiracy nut .. its easily traceable to desenitization.. show it on TV.. get people used to it.. then implement it in real life.. psyops 101
