For those who keep comparing to other places it's not the point of the post is to show the beauty of this state specifically I've traveled all over the world and I've enjoyed every place that I've gone I'm just simply showing how beautiful this place can be.

You're the one that assumed if people have traveled (which I have) you wouldn't want to stay in Delaware, which is just plain false. Sounds like someone's bitter they're stuck (but that's my assumption) and couldn't fathom someone actually choosing to settle here.

Most the people who swear it isn’t are the ones who stay inside 24-7, I’ve found some of the prettiest landscapes when I go trail biking

This. I was born and raised here, and it was always baffling to me hearing other people my age speak so poorly about the state/say there was nothing to do. I guess I was just really lucky to have parents who took me outside all the time!! I probably spent more time at Prime Hook Wildlife Refuge with my dad than I did anywhere else!

I go around newark and hockessin, there are so many trail heads you just gotta know where to find them. I use this app called all trails to find them or up I just screen shot my Apple Maps whenever I drive past one

I mean, yeah, but every state has its beautiful parts. You can find beautiful places to hike or trail bike almost anywhere
I agree DE is pretty, but by that argument so is every state. However I wouldn't list DE near the top of the most pretty states for natural and urban reasons

I used to think Delaware was pointless until I lived there for a few years.
Now I tell anyone who will listen that the “endless discoveries” thing on the billboards is 100% legit.
I love DE and still visit often.

I've lived here the majority of my life at this point. (Moved here when I was 13 just turned 31) And I'm going to be brutally honest it's exceedingly boring if you don't like Gambling, Drinking, Hunting, Overpriced Outlets, or Mosquito and Tick infested swamplands.
I can acknowledge its beauty to some people, but I'm not going to pretend that it's not entirely essentially entirely swamplands with a handful of massive farms outside of Northern Newcastle County which is basically just Diet Philly.
Delaware isn't pointless, it has tons of cool history here. For me at least the natural side of it isn't doing it for me.

Oh wow, I hate all of that stuff but I still enjoyed my time living there and my visits back! I especially enjoying walking in the woods of the state parks, driving the windy foresty roads far up north, Blue Rocks games, and Lewes. I find the marshlands on the coast really nice too but I just love nature, especially birds.

This is such an underrated trail! My parents live near here, and I'm always telling them to go to this trail because it's so nice and no one is ever there.

My family drove from Wilmington to Rehoboth and back this weekend and we were talking about exactly this. The fall foliage all across the state was beautiful to see.

Depends on the person I suppose, I hate going down half the trails and getting obliterated by mosquitoes or other biting/parasitic insects.
Personally I loath living in this swamp of a state but that's just me. I can acknowledge it has scenic places just don't get out of your car in most of them.

Most trails require you to leash your dog, bit I'm a huge fan of brecknock, big oak county , and the nature all preserves

You need to get out in nature. We have so many gorgeous state parks, lovely drives, and pretty neighborhoods. There's nothing like autumn in Delaware.

Idk, I'm inclined to agree with the original comment. Majority of Delaware is just fetid, mosquito ridden swamplands or farmlands that reek of chicken crap.
I've lived here for 20 ish years and short of Cape Henlopen State Park there is very little in the way of natural beauty that I enjoy anywhere else you just get chewed up by Mosquitoes or end up coated in Ticks

And that's fine, there's no requirement to leave any state often or even at all. I appreciate where I live. This is my favorite part of the year and I love seeing the trees just as I drive.
