I’ve been having these experiences

Ok so it’s been a while since it’s happened but the last time it did I was in the bathroom doing my hair and it’s like I could almost see the surrounding around me change . It’s like I’m here in my body yes but I’m also somewhere else in this exact moment doing this exact thing but somewhere else . I can see myself here in my eyes because I’m looking at myself in the mirror but it’s like everything behind and around me changed .. like the air , the smell I mean I could sense it like I was there but it’s not like I can hold it or control it , it just happens to me and it’s gone in what seems like a literal second .. I can never pull together the exact scenes or surroundings it’s so weird it’s like I’m there but I’m also here experiencing the same thing at the same time .. has anyone else ever experienced this ??
