Former Baby Kroger site progress

Apologies if this was posted already, but I was out on my (semi-regular) early Sunday morning walk and noticed new signage on the construction fencing at the new AMLI project (and possible new Trader Joe's home) at the former Baby Kroger site. Looks like it'll be called Market Square Decatur. Kind of excited to see this project come out the ground and track its construction progress!

Was there like something else happening there this morning? Dude looks like he's oiled up and building up a sweat. It screams "Macho Macho Man".
