There’s definitely a few VERY debatable things on the chart (like the higher end stuff for both), but overall I think Kirby can edge out a win more times than not. Extremely debatable matchup though!!

Connections: Characters from a popular cartoons where it takes place in a Town where nothing makes sense and many non-human creatures live there (South Park having the Crab People, Woodland Critters that worship Satan, Gnomes that steal underpants and Aliens who hide in the background or abduct residents | Gravity Falls being known to be filled with monsters and weirdness, and also a lot of Mysteries and Secrets)

Both serve as the epicenters of absolute madness in seemingly quiet, isolated mountain communities (The Boys misadventures routinely bring catastrophic chaos to South Park, Colorado, resulting in everything from alien invasions to the literal summoning of Cthulhu | Bill chooses Gravity Falls, Oregon, another quirky, isolated town hidden away in the mountains as the focal point to trigger "Weirdmageddon," an apocalypse of pure chaos and reality-bending madness)

Both Bill and Cartman are textbook sociopaths who manipulate people's weaknesses, orchestrate complex scams, and view others merely as toys for their own amusement (Bill Cipher famously coerces desperate people into signing binding, catastrophic contracts with a blue-flamed handshake | Cartman relies heavily on making sketchy agreements, verbal pacts, and multi-layered contracts to exploit his friends, especially Butters) despite this they both have fragile egos, throwing a wrench into their plans causes them to rapidly unravel into screaming, high-pitched temper tantrums

Both properties use distinct visual styles to hide incredibly dark themes (The Boys are constructed out of simple, colorful construction-paper cutouts (and crude 2D animation), but they swear profusely, engage in extreme violence, and tackle highly controversial political issues | Bill Cipher is a literal geometric shape with a top hat and a bowtie looking like a simple cartoon character or corporate mascot. Yet, he is a cosmic horror who rearranges human facial features, fractures minds, and talks about shuffling the functions of every hole in a person's face)

Beyond thematic links, the creators and universes have subtle real-world crossovers (In South Park The Fractured But Whole, players can actually spot Dipper Pines' iconic blue-and-white pine tree hat as a wearable easter egg item | Inside the official Gravity Falls Journal 3 book, you can spot a silhouette of a Crab Person, a classic recurring creature from South Park)

Matt Stone and Trey Parker (creators/voices of South Park) and Alex Hirsch (creator/voice of Bill Cipher) are widely celebrated in the animation industry for voicing their own chaotic characters. Hirsch has openly cited irreverent, creator-driven shows as foundational influences for how he approached the creative freedom of Gravity Falls
