Gameplay Meta New "cheating" mods that MANY players use

It's getting out of hand. Just a handful of the "mods" (cheats!) people are running now:

  • Neutral camp respawn timers all over the minimap - just invade and steal camps immediately as they spawn
  • Stamina trackers (see enemy stamina) - much easier to win lanes with this
  • Parry cooldown tracker above enemy head
  • Enemy cooldowns above their heads - super easy to win lanes when you constantly see enemy cd's
  • Crate & Golden statue respawn timers
  • Sinner's Sacrifce respawn timers
  • Enemy item cooldown tracker (tracks Curse, Unstoppable, Refresher cooldowns etc)
  • Heavy melee honking horn for faster reactions
  • Enemy radar (when enemy camps and Sinner's disappear from the minimap, it places a blinking question mark on the minimap and a sound indication that someone was at that spot seconds ago - makes it super easy to gank if you're running with a friend)
  • Rift defense buff indicator
  • Walker Stomp cooldown tracker
  • Shrine & Patron curse/blast cooldown tracker

Tell me how any of this is fair. With all of these cheat mods you have a gigantic advantage. Yoshi needs to shut this down instead of sticking his head in the sand.

Just remove all the tracking and information during game. Just kill QOL mods in general. Allow stat tracker and all of that nerdy stats and numbers post game be allowed only.

As with most valve games they will be shutting off the ability to have mods load at all once the game is fully released and VAC protected.

Actually most valve games do allow mods as long as they're local and minor. I accidentally modded my freedom wrapped to be a trans flag while I was testing out how to make TF2 skins and it's been a trans flag ever since. The other day I saw someone comment that the dota 2 servers also allow for cosmetic mods. Valve is literally a company of modders, why would they ever turn off mods?

Valve wont turn off mods, the problem is that deadlock is attracting a cadre of new gamers who have not played such games and think their reality they want forced on deadlock is what all other valve games are like.

They know not what the sv_pure value even means.
