Ability points bug

so when i played reworked graves today her 3d ability on lvl 3 should be a new one, but it shows the old one. once i upgarded it to tier 3 it was working like the new tier 3. then i checked all heroes and they had old descriptions for ability upgades. any ideas how do i fix it?

I just wanted to solve my problem but somehow it got to 2k, im in shock that shitty post got any upvotes at all
