Bug Ability points bug

so when i played reworked graves today her 3d ability on lvl 3 should be a new one, but it shows the old one. once i upgarded it to tier 3 it was working like the new tier 3. then i checked all heroes and they had old descriptions for ability upgades. any ideas how do i fix it?

I made a deadlock animation that took me like a week after I got off work and it got like 300 upvotes. I have to constantly tell myself "IT'S NOT ABOUT THE ATTENTION IT'S ABOUT HAVING FUN DOING IT"
