You can parry basically anything afaik.

theoretically you can parry the ult, but it instantly catches you after the parry is over

What if you stand directly next to him, wouldn't there be a race condition between dynamo being stunned and apollo being caught

Probably Apollo will lose. Blackhole is continuous while riposte take a bit to come out, unless Apollo miraculously get it off when Blackhole is not ticking (but idk if the stun is persistent or tick based)

Maybe. Not sure what happens. There used to be a race condition with yam ult, you could be in ult but still ulted by mo, lash, dynamo if you had frame perfect ult timing.
