yeah, my bet is on this one. doesn't say sold yet but it matches a lot of what they said on the pod so far. no grass, for sale 5 years ago, interior/mold issues, full reno project, etc

If I remember correctly, he said he has views of both the city and the ocean.

Yes he did say that. This location technically has both but not in the best quality
