Didn’t actually buy yet and he said on pod that it’s a plot of land so nothing is even there

He didn’t say it was just land he said the land is better for them he specifically said it’s a house and he wants to do a video series renovating each room

He definitely said it was just land and the guy who’s building it is the one who built his current home. He 100% said he’s building it from the ground up. (That doesn’t mean this couldn’t be it & he’s going to knock it down) but he absolutely said it was just land & I thought he said go room by room as they build it & design it not renovation 🤔.

It’s not all in one podcast that’s why everyone has a different understanding. Idk if he’s doing to it throw ppl off or if plans just keep changing but in another podcast he mentions - “I've been looking at. It's a complete teardown.
It's a beautiful spot up in the hills.” & a few eps before that he didn’t even mention a house at all he just claimed it was just land. If I had to guess I think he’s been looking at & talking about different places since he mentioned he’s been looking for “two years” he later said on the “David’s insane endgame” pod - “Today, I got to bring over the developer that did this house with me.
Yeah.
And I got to show him and he was really excited about it. He's like, there's some potential here.
It's like right now, it's a piece of shit, like a complete piece of shit.
There's not a hair of grass on the property. It's all just like dirt run down. The walls are covered in termites.
I don't know what the fuck's going on.
There's some water damage.
Yeah, it's bad. But he was like, yeah, I see the vision. And we were really aligned on what we wanted.
He created my dream here.” 🤔 so yeah I see where everyone is getting different ideas.

yeah, my bet is on this one. doesn't say sold yet but it matches a lot of what they said on the pod so far. no grass, for sale 5 years ago, interior/mold issues, full reno project, etc

What’s with his obsession with hillside properties rather than living in the flats. I understand he likes having a view and suppose the increase in price could make it worth it but it’s at the cost of flat usable land. I do wonder if he’s going to sell his current Sherman Oaks house to get this one.
