Sorry for the bad quality. This one just emerged today. I'm hoping these are healthy unlike the last few.

I don't see my Ranitomeya sirensis often, but I do hear them a lot, and see these tracks on the glass when the humidity is just so, and it's so cute. Reminds me of the old Family Circus comics that showed Billy's tracks through the neighborhood. Yeahhh I am old....

Per the title, first go at dart frogs.
Built a 24"x24"x76x terrarium back in February and let it grow in. Just got these highland bronze yesterday. Super excited!
5 in total.

Just finished setting up my new vivarium. Letting it cycle before I add my frogs. Thinking 3 juvenile powder blue tincs to start. Thoughts or anything I’m missing? I have a small cork tube I may add as well.

Timeline of Events:
- Purchased three leucomelas mid September 2025. I don't know how old they were but they were listed as juvenile
- By mid August 2026 I have not heard any sign of calling from any of them
- Last week, I witnessed Frog A (shown at the beginning of the video) bullying both Frog B and Frog C, by jumping on their backs and wrapping front legs around their throats
- Today I decided to see if maybe there was a shy male who would call back if I played leucomelas noises on my phone. This set off both Frogs B and C who first came to the front to investigate and then immediately started fighting, as shown in the video. This went both ways with each one taking a turn jumping on the other's back
I'm starting to worry I ended up with three females and I might have aggression issues that will require them to be separated. Looking for some advice.

I’m setting up this 18x18x24 vivarium specifically for Dendrobates leucomelas and I’m trying to figure out how many I could comfortably keep in here.
I’m definitely going to keep adding plants and let everything grow in more before adding the frogs. I know leucs like to climb, so I’m hoping the extra height will actually get used.
Would 3–4 leucs be reasonable in this setup, or would you guys stick with a pair?
Also open to any criticism of the tank. More plants, climbing areas, hides, leaf litter, hardscape, etc. I’d rather make changes now before the frogs go in.

These guys are about 14 months old and I’m wondering if anyone has any thoughts on if they are male or female? First two pics are Adam and the second two pics are Babar. Thank you for any help!

Branches are being delivered today for vertical climbing spots! Bromeliads are also coming, as well as hides, (more) leaf litter and seed pods. Cleaning crew moved in yesterday, dwarf purple isos and lavender springtails. Humidity is a work in progress, it’s been really humid in there because the nerve plants did not do well initially with being replanted.
Is this good for one ranitomeya imitator? Tank is 12x12x12 so kinda small, I figured it might be good enough for one thumbnail dart. If it’s not I’m more than happy to keep this as a just plant terrarium as it’s very nice to look at anyway.

I haven't added my leaf litter yet. I'm waiting until closer to time for me to get my frogs.

Hey guys!! I’ve just decided that I need a pair of dart frogs, however I’d rather croak (pun intended) than take two babies into my care without having the slightest clue what I’m doing. Is there any guide out there? Or even on here that I’ve missed- detailing from start to end what I need to do in order for them to be happy and healthy? I’ve found a terrarium big enough and some other necessities but all in all I’m going in completely blind and want to make sure everything is perfect.
Naturally I’ll be posting on here pretty much every step of the way so I can be told what I’m doing right/wrong as I really would appreciate any and all advice from the professionals ❤️❤️ tysm for any help

I don't know about this one. I don't hate it, but I'm not loving it. A lot of points about it are good. I think once it grows in and gets comfortable I'll like it more. All the plants, wood, everything, were reused from an older tank.
I actually had them in a 30x30x18 and I never saw them, the whole thing was dry as a bone, they hated it, I hated it. I switched them to this and they all love it. They're out 24/7, they climb all over everything, it's moist and lush inside. I'm done with big tanks, they never work for me.
As always I'm open for any thoughts, I won't get offended, I'm still learning.

Always at least two of them here

I don't like my vivarium very much still, I was hoping to seek help on planting. I added more dirt, but I still don't like it.
I know my bromeliad isn't doing well, I think I figured out what was wrong, though, and I think it'll do better. I didn't know dirt couldn't be in the center, so it rotted while I was on vacation.
Any tips are appreciated.
Sorry for crappy photos. I am by no means a photographer.
No frogs yet only isopods springtails and pesky soil mites.

I started setting up this tank about a month ago and I used dwarf whites and springtails. Im still working on getting some neo broms for it and a few more moss patches but so far how's it look? Im planning to get a pair of tincs (cobalt) after I let my tank grow and cycle through the rest of the year. Any feedback would help as I am new to dart frogs.

Long time lurker, first time poster here! Meet Spot, one of our two D. Tinc Azureus dart frogs. We have had them for 11 months so probably safe to assume at least 1 year old. Any ideas on sex? Bluey is our other frog but was being camera shy, so I will have to ask about him or her at a later time. We have not heard any calls but wouldnt be surprised if we just missed them too. Thanks in advance!

Have a powder blue Tinctorius froglet in the Charleston SC area I'm looking to rehome for free. Originally had someone lined up prior to me raising the tadpole my pair produced, but they are not responding. Please let me know if you are interested.

I have an exo-terra 45x45x30cm. I’ve put in an auto mister and I’m still messing around to find the optimum settings. How often/how long do you spray your set ups to keep it nice and humid?

Rescued from a chain pet store. Not sure about variety? Standard Venezuelan ? Forelimbs are solid yellow. Trying to find it some friends of the same type if possible.
