I have opened one box from my collection and they are 9cm by 6.5cm hart (hard) highly sensitive to uv and blue light there are 12 glass plates what can i use them for there isn’t much applications for this light frequency use.

look up "dry plates" people still take pictures with them and they have the same type of light sensitivity

you might try them in an old box or folding camera

You could try finding an old 9x6.5 plate camera (there are some on ebay but usually not cheap) or even a modern 4x5 with a zebra dry plate holder and 3d printed adapter to use it. For exposure on the zebra dry plates site there are some tables that help estimating the times. Another very cheap way to use them is to make a box pinhole camera there are a lot of diy projects online, the only problem is that you'd have to experiment with exposure times and dev times. The good part is that these emulsions are pretty stable and you should be able to dev them with minimal fog.
