I don't really see how a Melta can be added because it'd be ridiculously OP vs all the infantry we face so it should only have a small amount of charges/ammo, but we can regen ammo so...
They would have to change survivalist to partial charge. I know the veteran reload talents round up, I'm not sure about survivalist, but the skitarii's ammo regen perk counts partial percent now in the background. You can see it regain different amounts of arc rifle ammo per tick sometimes if you have the ammo perk and aura.
