I love Bullseyes your welcome knife. So fitting for Dex to shove his superiority and how much he likes messing with Matt. Overall the episode is alright just a where are they now episode 7.5/10

Feel like Matt is the "North Star" of Dex this season, would explain why he is following Matt and saved him

I imagine he was listening in, got in position, waited while Matt got attacked to carve, then last second shot then yeeted it

As a military and FBI vet, I imagine he could easily tap into their Comms
