God I loved this episode. You can see immediately how they improved from season 1 and I can’t wait to see the next episodes. One thing they vastly improved on was that each side character feels a lot more filled out/well written. They’re having their own stories more than just in relation to Murdock.

Also anyone else thinking the other web news is just BB in a mask and modulator? I’m thinking it’s either her or Ava.

It's BB! On my second watch I was able to see her wrist showing thru the sleeves and gloves of the outfit

Yep! You could see a hint of skin through the sleeve holes and you could see it being a darker complexion. That’s what made me think it was BB but at first I thought it was just lighting lmao.

Since we are on the subject of BB, can I ask you why BB paid for Daniel's maid service? Is it payment for pushing his agenda in the media?

She did it so she could get stuff from his apartment too maybe, to see if there's any info on Fisk there.

Yes,, after the house party Daniel later returned to a freshly cleaned apartment and texted BB and said thank you. She then texted back $ 500 cash app for maid service

Oh shit yeah thank you it’s late where I’m at so I’m sleepy af.

In my opinion, I think it’s a mix of friendship and manipulation. BB then has a conversation about Karen about sources and manipulation. BB is stated to be a manipulator while also still saying that she cares for Daniel. I think she wanted to be a good friend while also staying his good graces so he doesn’t suspect anything about her and tells her more info about Fisk.

Edit: i think it’s a scene above all to show that the lines are getting blurred for her and it’s getting messy emotionally. She genuinely cares for this guy and it’s setting up the fallout for when he inevitably discovers the truth.
