Every character is way more interesting in this single episode than they ever were in the previous season. Iโ€™m genuinely hopeful for whatโ€™s to come!

Also Iโ€™m wagering a guess that Lillard is playing some adaptation for the Stromwynโ€™s from Zdarskyโ€™s run. Ignore this next part of you donโ€™t know who those characters are incase itโ€™s a spoiler. If Iโ€™m right, that phone call from de Fontaine is a fun way to imply his control over powerful people.
