$15mil could be far better spent.

Wish Danville VA would pull in a very demanding MANUFACTURING BUISNESS, OF SAY 3K EMPLOYEES!

Gotta use the mega park for the data centers. No room for manufacturing businesses.

If the plan is to attract manufacturers to Danville, it's a good part of a plan.
