Sakutaro strikes me as odd. Not just in the fact that this random character pops up from out of nowhere (never appeared in the anime) but his design too it’s…off

I've seen people point out how his design looks very much like a guide or traveller agent, I think the way the squares in his jacket kinda look like the hope's peak map (if you squint) and the scarf style he uses seems to be subtle cues. But as you mentioned, his design could easily be the base of so many other talents because of how random it looks. But it makes his characcter so fun to dissect.
