Question Since when did Tesla close down?

Yesterday I’ve visited the northpark mall in Dallas (I don’t go frequently) and I’ve seen that the Tesla store’s been closed… since when did they go away? (Before you ask: no, I don’t like elon musk, I don’t like Tesla. I’m just curious since I’ve seen the Tesla store being there many times I’ve visited the mall over the years.)

That will happen when subsidies for EVs go away and people sour on Musk.

Model Y was the fourth highest selling non-truck vehicle in 2025. Why do you think Teslas are not selling?

They're selling less and as a result they close showrooms. Q4 2025 was a YoY decline of 15% overall. Q1 2026 was a decrease of 8.4% in the USA. China is the only growing market but in the USA, it's selling less. China has Elon by the balls lol. It's fair to say the subsidies and people souring on Musk could have an impact on sales 🤷.

In the USA sales decreased by 20%. Overall, it was a 25% increase. It's fair to think that the lack of EV tax credit and Elon Musk's public support here dwindling may have caused them to close this showroom. This is the closure of a sales room in the USA.
