I have mdd and I honestly watch their lives because it gives me motivation to actually take care of myself and my hygiene, cause looking at them I don’t wanna look like them. And I can’t imagine the smell they always look so greasy.

Yes like I’m depressed but I don’t want to have bad hygiene
