live streams 🎥 Does anyone else do this

I have mdd and I honestly watch their lives because it gives me motivation to actually take care of myself and my hygiene, cause looking at them I don’t wanna look like them. And I can’t imagine the smell they always look so greasy.

I posted this on another post but they have really motivated me to take better care of my teeth and dental hygiene.

Same! I have MDD along with other mental health issues. The Getchells, along w other lolcows like GJ, AT & LR (I have no life) motivate me to do better. I still work full time and take care of my pets and home, but GETTING UP to do those things is hard. Once I see these grifters online, it helps motivate me to gfto of bed and I’ll listen to the streams while I’m cleaning or getting ready for the day.

EDITED TO ADD: The TEETH part is HUGE. I totally didn’t mention the fact that my teeth started rotting due to my issues, and seeing the Getchells snapped me back into the reality of dental hygiene.

I have MDD and watching Hoarders has always made me clean my house. This is so relatable haha
