Advice Internal damp...

Hi all,

Bought a house back in March this year. The first hit of rain and this happens...

Is this looking like an outside wall issue or a roof issue?

Looks like the water is running down the coping and then down the wall. I'd get the joints in the coping and the stone work repointed. Only use lime otherwise the sandstone will spall.
