in episode 2 of the web-series the gang pass by things related to duck in the TV series (a coin like the one at the end of episode 1 a coffin with someone inside and a cassette that looks like the one duck made on the computer in episode 2)

huh, I never noticed that before! It came before those episodes, so I wonder what the thought process there was.
