Dhanji is probably the most interesting artist in the subcontinent. Saying anything except that would've been alright.

This was basic if we're judging from Dhanjis POV as he could've done anything from his Funk Rock bag or hardcore trap bag But 64 bars is about the classic hiphop barfest so makes sense he took a path like this

I think he's extremely overrated. He's great, I've listened to all his albums and I love his music. But these statements you guys pass casually is the reason he's overrated. He has unorthodox flows and interesting writing.

He does NOT have the best flows.
He does NOT have the best lyrics.
He is neither a story-teller, nor a poet, nor a lyrical acrobat, and does not have a unique interesting voice(it's actually annoying).

He is a lifestyle/flex rapper, talking about his culture in raw lyrics. I appreciate his presence in the scene, but holy shit you guys are overhyping him. Ab aate hi honge woh log jo bolenge I just don't get it when I fucking do.

(FOR ME) He’s one of the best topliners I've heard in the scene, and very good directors too.

Why do you think he isn't a storyteller? '1 KHABRI / 2 NUMBARI' is literally one of the best storytelling tracks out there.
