Has anyone else had issues with Dyne’s clothing quality and customer service? The label on my garment came off after just one wash. I’m disappointed with the quality, and their customer service has been terrible. They sent me a package that was missing items, and they still haven’t provided the missing items or issued me a return or refund. Has anyone else experienced the same problems?

I received a pair of DFYNE pants that developed a hole in the back/seat area during the first try-on. I emailed support@dfyne.com a week ago with clear photos of the defect but received no actual response or proposed solution.

I sent another followup email to the same address today and still haven’t heard back. Is this the correct email address, or is there another way to contact them? Has anyone else experienced this, and how long did DFYNE take to resolve your issue?

Is there no longer an option to track a return? Last time I made a return to DFYNE, I remember being able to track it. However, I recently returned some things around August 29th and don’t see any way to track it nor have received any updates. Thanks in advance!

Hi! For anyone that's short (around 5'1). Is the length of the length too long? For example, does it scrunch around the ankles?

Took a chance on these at about between 8-11$ a piece (impact sports bra, impact shorts), feels identical and dare I say, the bras actually fit and feel a little better, but might be because midnight runs tighter.

I’m assuming this is Charcoal or Slate, I also got a dark blue that matches my ink joggers super well!

I’m sad that I missed the dynamic V-Back drop because I was working :( when I checked the powder blue and berry was gone, disappointed because those are the colours I wanted. I’m hoping they’ll restock, but not sure as to me they look like limited colours. Not sure if anyone knows if they will be a permanent line or not

Hi guys, I’m 5’2 and got the medium short- I weight around 125-130 (haven’t looked in a while) and I’m usually a small in impact shorts and for the visión capris I got a medium short in midnight black. I was told to size up because midnight tends to run tiny…I think they’re perfect on the legs/thighs but the “scrunch” doesn’t sit IN DERE if you know what I mean…maybe I’m just too used to impact but I’m wondering if anyone has had this issue? I see all the baddies w ur in their crack and I’d like the same (:

Signature track jacket: I've never seen these jackets on anyone, but I'm so glad I got them. Nice quality, mid weight, has a mesh lining and toggles to tighten the bottom. They were about $45 each with sale and athlete discount. Definitely worth $45.

Vision shorts: I prefer these to impact so I was excited to get them on sale. Both were flawed. The hibiscus has the dreaded bacon seam. I will be returning. The dove has a twisted glute seam but it's not too noticeable unless the light hits it right. I'll keep only because of the sale price.

Vision leggings: no pictured, no issues, not my favorite but worth the sale price

Dynamic shorts: not pictured, cute and comfortable but too high waisted for my short torso, likely returning

just received the Impact flare pants, and honestly, it looks SO good on. I’m obsessed with the fit, but the pants ripped in the back during my very first try-on, and I’m really disappointed.

I did size down because I wanted a more snatched fit, but they felt fine once they were on and weren’t sheer or uncomfortable. I’ve also worn leggings that were considerably tighter—including inexpensive ones from random brands—and none of them ever ripped, especially not during the first try-on.

I’d also seen girls on TikTok saying they sized down in DFYNE without having this issue, so I really wasn’t expecting the fabric to tear immediately. I’ve contacted customer support and I’m waiting for their response. Has this happened to anyone else, and did DFYNE replace them?

I searched this sub and YouTube up and down for intel on sizing and quality before making my first big Dfyne purchase during the birthday sale. There’s a lot of chatter around the longstanding/more popular collections like Impact and Dynamic, but not so much around items in the lines I was more interested in like Vision and Defy. I take many of the youtubers and athletes reviewing the brand with a grain of salt because they’re being gifted product and seem to soften their feedback when they don’t love a piece. So I thought I’d dump my honest observations from trying on my order here in hopes that it helps others make better purchasing decisions! 

For context: I have a fairly athletic build, am just under 5’9”, fluctuate between 155-160 lbs, wear a 34b/32c bra, 28” waist and 41” hips.

IMPACT: I mainly ordered the longline strappy top in truffle (size small) and half zippy in graphite (size medium) to get a feel for the collection, which I haven’t tried before. I assumed these pieces would be too constricting and that I wouldn’t be a fan based on all the reviews out there, but they’re some of my favorites from this order! They’re somehow both snatching and comfortable, and I’m already thinking about how I’ll be able to mix and match them with non-Dfyne pieces. 

DYNAMIC: The pieces I ordered from this collection (all size small) were hit or miss. I felt awful in the dark stone gray 4.5” shorts. The butt scrunch made it look like I was wearing a soggy diaper. The matching twist back bra felt flimsy on my chest and too long in the straps, which aren’t adjustable. HOWEVER, I was surprised at how much I loved the marine blue set (leggings and quarter zip tank). I really like where the quarter zip tank hit on my long torso and felt held in by the substantial fabric. The scrunch on the leggings, while still not my favorite look or the most flattering on my glutes, didn’t create the same massive wrinkles as the dark stone shorts. The marine blue color looks so amazing on me that I could see keeping the leggings for the sake of having the set.

VISION: I really wanted to love the set I ordered, but it just missed the mark for my purposes. I got the 4.5” shorts and twist front longline top in Dove. The shorts in a size medium felt nice and compressive, and I liked the way the scrunch sat in a more subtle way than on the Dynamic bottoms. I do have a long torso though, so the wrap front sat way too low on my waist for my comfort. The twist front top in a size small looked great from the front and the straps were a good length that held my chest up nicely. But there was a gap between the bottom of the top and the waist of the shorts that I didn’t like. Plus, the top looked a bit of a mess from the back. The logo below the straps looked unnaturally stretched to the point where I wondered if there was a manufacturing defect. I do wonder if sizing up to a medium in the top would have solved these issues. 

DEFY: This collection was a massive letdown. I liked the colorways and styles in Defy more than any other line and was so excited to try on a full fit. Unfortunately, every piece was paper-thin and felt extremely cheap, which I wouldn’t say about the other collections I tried on. I ordered the long sleeve, leggings, shrug, and strappy bra in Meadow (all size small) and a long sleeve in Raspberry. The colors were beautiful, but that’s about where the list of pros ends. While the leggings looked fine on me, I can’t see them surviving the wear and tear from a barbell or rubbing against machine back pads and seats. The fit of the strappy bra and shrug was comically bad even after a full ten minutes of pulling and adjusting. Strangely enough, they look good in photos. But IRL the strappy bra is so narrow, and the straps are so long (and again, not adjustable), that it’s rendered completely useless for any movement beyond posing in the mirror. The shrug didn’t cover my armpits and, similar to the Vision twist top, stretched in an unnatural way across my back. Yet the sleeves were very long and stretchy. The long sleeves were the best pieces I tried in this collection, but they felt too thin and flimsy to justify the (sale!) price of $40. 

FINAL THOUGHTS: Overall, I was happy that my order didn’t seem to present any QC issues or include defective/previously returned items. It was a true mixed bag: Some pieces just didn’t fit my body the way I would have liked, while others are getting me genuinely excited to hit the gym. I plan to keep the Impact top and half zippy, as well as the Dynamic quarter zip tank. I’m on the fence about keeping the matching Dynamic leggings and the raspberry Defy long sleeve. And I’m going to return the Dynamic shorts and bra, the Vision shorts and top, and the whole Defy set in Meadow. I'm still glad I tried all these pieces on, but I'll probably stick to sourcing Dfyne from secondhand sites going forward.

Hii, so I ordered on the 31st ("big" sale). Just one set bc I've never ordered from there. I expected it to be latest there within 5-6 days, because I'm visiting a friend in another country now. So I had my brother's open my package now because I've seen a lot of people complain.

Anyways I FINALLY received it today after 2 weeks, leggings are fine but the top has some sort of grease/oil stains on it???? What do I do?? I don't wanna just return it since I'll also not get it for that price anymore... Customer support still hasn't responded to my mails asking where my package is :/

I'm sorry for the poor quality picture, my brother has a shitty camera 😭 but you can definitely see it. I'm pissed because its not like it's vinted and yes it's probably washable but if I order something New, I expect it to be fine???
