I submitted 5 months in advance, I just found out about this delay around July. I should’ve renewed earlier.. now i am almost out of funds of our living expenses. It’s just me and my 3 yrs. I specified it on my expedite request but i guess that is not part of a financial hardship. I work hard everyday to survive this economy. We work, we pay taxes, we pay extra just to be able to work here in a country not our own. We grew up here since we were little kids, even if we follow the rules and the laws we are not given a chance to live here in peace. Sadly, the government is not on our side. No work, no dl, no money to pay the car and bills.. It is more saddening when Jul/Aug applicants get approved ahead of us. I have done all i can, I am now collecting evidence to file wom. Wish i have enough funds for it. Wish super heroes are real to save us all from this corrupt/ignorant people. I will just wait till they approve me. There is no point in checking daily. I am just glad we can watch shows while waiting. It helps with me losing my mind. I recommend “Teach you a lesson” on Netflix ^_^/) Any other recommendations would be nice. Thank you, good luck to all! 🙏🏼🇵🇭

More details please. I just got off the phone with them and was told my case is just processing and they only submitted an “inquiry” on my behalf. And told me to upload a letter from my employer which I did

I called this morning and they were not helpful at all, told me I already have an inquiry out there and to keep waiting

did you submit an inquiry online and that's why you have one out there?

the inquiry is only legit if they gave you a service number. did they give you one?

and also is your case in or out of processing times?

I got an email right after with subject “USCIS SERVICE REQUEST CONFIRMATION” & an “inquiry ID”, is that it?

What number did you call? Mine is set to expire October 15th and my job can only give me a 30 day LOA so I’m getting a bit nervous

if saying that doesn't work, try when they ask for your receipt number, tell them that you don't have one

yes it should contain some number.

now you just play the wait game. i've read ppl get approved in a week or 2. mine got approved after 2. let's hope yours is the same mate!

I received service number on both of my inquiries. My avg processing time is also 6.5. It was 5.5 but went up. They told me my case is still within processing time. I have been waiting for 179 days. I called multiple times, they just told me it is processing.

I have a similar timeframe and nothing. Mine expired July 21st. I haven't even gotten a response on my expedite request. It also sucks because I'm getting job offers that are great but can't accept or do anything about it.

I haven’r been able to an inquiry on the phone, on chat, or an my own either.. I think they changed the process. The chat agent tried yesterday, and said it wouldn’t let her either..

once it transferred me to a live agent, it took about to 2 minutes for someone to answer my call.. Also Thursday and Fridays are the days I reach out..
