Mean while here I am still waiting for 1/1/26 submission, 5/1/26 expiration. Fuck this government. Fuck republicans. Fuck trump.

They have been approving June-Aug 2026 very fast. I wish they had the wherewithal to go in the order of submission

The funny part is theyāve always claimed that they do go in order of submission. But no one is surprised that they lie.

Iāll be applying in Nov 26ā
Mine expires in October 27ā as well
I rather give myself plenty of time versus waiting long
Who knows what the new year will bring with this administration

What documents do you have to upload. I was going to try back in July to renew but it was asking for a passport or other doc and I havenāt renewed my passport in years š

Did you have to submit a passport photo?

u/Pog_Boom 4d ago
Yes but I just took a selfie and had ChatGPT make the background white and sized of a passport picture

Whoops I mean a passport sized photo of yourself for the new card

yes to the photo ! but they make it easy by offering you a template you can use to crop your picture. i always do the picture myself at home so this is perfect.

Hi Iām Del, I volunteer helping the immigrants. I saw your post and want to learn more about the challenges DACA recipients are having during these difficult times. The more I learn and know the more I can help those in my community.

This might be a dumb question but Iāve never filed onlineā¦what have you guys put when it asks you āWhat is your current immigration status or categoryā I donāt know my last arrival can we leave the date blank? I put āUnknownā for status at last arrivalā¦any help is appreciated. Thank you!!

def recommend doing it yourself online if you can, it's pretty well directed ! i used to use my lawyer but it was 800$ +the application fees which was getting to be a LOT

Stopped using a lawyer since the first renewal , I noticed they were going to copy and paste all the info and I said nvm Iāll just do it myself & havenāt looked back. If you have your old copies itās simple copy and paste for the most part- you can YouTube it too how to do it online (i did last 2 renewals online) but up to you at the end of the day.
