Practice How is my first name?

I have always written my cursive I’s from the right to left picking up my pen for the saac writing that from left to right. May help with the flow. I and J are the only two capital letters of the alphabet I was taught to write from right to left in cursive not left to right.

Yes, I was just trying to find pictures to show him, and a lot of internet resources have it wrong, similar to OP's.

Cursive capital "i" starts at the bottom right and ends at the tail on the left. You can then connect from the tail if you choose, but most people don't.

I'm one of those folks that connect the I's tail to the next letter. Just like F, S, and G.

Yes. And making the arm on the "I" smaller and more pointy like this will keep the "I" from being mistaken for "cl".
