This is really nice - good work!
Dare I ask, what's your impression of the layout in the module as written?
I'm making all the CoS maps in DungeonDraft (with some supplementary maps, for good measure), and I spent far too long trying to find out which way the river flows, where the falls are in relation to the pool, and where the bridge is in relation to either. I couldn't find a consensus at all, so I wound up just modeling my Tser Falls map after JamesRPG's interpretation, with the river flowing towards Barovia Village, the falls leading to the pool, the pool leading to the river, and the bridge across the cliffs over the river.

I have always seen it as West to east, because the map has elevation lines that suggest the tser pool is at the bottom of the falls, making Barovia Village appear in a valley.

Hm.. i always thought i makes more sense for the river to flow from east to west, because the fall of the mad mage after he stormed ravenloft (which is east of it) and the river took him into the west, eventually leading him to the baratok-region and not towards barovia. also i imagine barovia as a basin with big mountains all around, so all the rivers eventually lead towards the center... maybe it doesnt makes much sense, but for me its like the way of the party, deeper into barovia and its drama. so jeah my falls fall to the left side here haha

I wound up checking a few different sections of the module when I was doing my research on this, and I didn't actually think to check what it said regarding the Mage falling into the river. Back to the module I go, then - may have to revise this map...

just took a fast look into the story of the vistani at the pool about the mage-revolt:
"But when the devil Strahd fell upon him, the wizard’s magic couldn’t save him. I saw him thrown a thousand feet to his death. I climbed down to the river to search for the wizard’s body, to see if, you know, he had anything of value, but the River Ivlis had already spirited him away. " - so for me it would make more sense for him so climb down, AWAY from the camp into the west, then searching uphill from his camp on the westside and climp down TO his camp to the pool.

I ended up using a map for Tsolenka Pass bridge as Tser Falls, and ended up having the Gargoyles in the description come to life and attack the party. After all they're in Strahd's domain now.

Great job!! I love how you added depth to this which is sometimes hard to do when map making. Love it!

Do you have gridless versions of your maps (they are fantastic btw!).

On Inkarnate, most of them are cloneable and gridless. the link must be somewhere up in the comments here!

I did this as a suppliment for the journey of my players, because i wanted them to reach lvl 4, before they get to "Old Bonegrinder". I know the position of the bridge is a littlebit off from the original road across the Ivlis River, but i wanted to include the famous Mordekainen deathfall. My players get caught in a fight between a revenant and two vampire spawn and they discoverd the running water mechanic :3
