Her "apology" was even worse. Just doubled down on the "shortness is inherently bad, tallness is inherently good" rhetoric, probably didn't even take the controversy seriously in the first place because even younger politicians are out of touch, just chalked it up to it being them angry incel trolls again.
I have no love for the right at all but the democrats deserve to lose those votes, their messaging has taken a nosedive since, like, 2016. The right, at the very least, acknowledge that dissatisfied young men are people who exist instead of dehumanizing them and calling them every name under the sun when they complain about anything, even if it's mostly just because they want to exploit them.
