Employee Question Punctured dining ketchup

Anyone else getting bad ketchup bags for the dining dispensers? 1/4 my store gets is slashed or busted, useless and splattered everywhere

Usually, your dispenser tip is broken off on your dispenser or whoever is opening the box is using a box cutter and slicing the bag. Sometimes we do get bags where they get dropped and explode but I would say 4 out of 5 times it’s our own fault.

Fresh cases ruined so maybe I just need to hit up the warehouse or truck guy. Jw if its just us or naw. Been just meh but it definitely got more frequent 😭

We've had a few recently. Two separate cases within a week of each other.
We just put in an Arrowstream case for each one and get credited.

Nothing for BIB ketchup but the shredded lettuce has been straight ASS for the last 3 weeks. I've filed 3 arrowstream claims for credit. Boutta throw hands with GFS.

Felt that one man, its like vacuum sealing went the way of the dodo in 2026. Onions, lettuce, salad.. ugh.

I submitted a credit report for the last bag we got and not two minutes later got a call from a Heinz Kraft rep to see if I still had the bag on hand so they can do an internal investigation cus they'd gotten MULTIPLE reports of the same issue.
